Chicken Salad

How to make a healthier chicken salad!


·         2 chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes

·         2 celery stalks, chopped

·         ¼ red onion, chopped

·         ½ cup seedless grapes, quartered

·         ½ cup Greek yogurt

·         1 tsp garlic powder
 ·         1 tsp Salt/pepper

Cook Chicken Breast in a skillet with water OR bake in the oven. (Which ever you prefer!) Then dice chicken into cubes and let cool.
 Quarter 1/2 cup of grapes and dice 2 celery stalks.
In a large bowl, mix diced chicken, celery, and grapes with the yogurt, pepper, and garlic powder!  (You can add diced onions if you would like too!) And Enjoy!  You can serve as is or in a wrap! :) Makes 4 servings!
