Simple, Easy, Healhty Chicken Potato Broccoli!

Chicken, red potatoes, broccoli!!


Simple, easy & delicious!

  • 3 chicken breast, diced
  • 2 red potatoes, diced
  • Broccoli
  • Salt/Pepper...
  • Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 350.  Coat pan with Olive Oil spray. Dice thawed chicken breast. Place in baking dish.  Dice red potatoes. Place in baking dish.  Cut up broccoli and place in baking dish.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper and then drizzle olive oil over the entire dish.  Cover with tin foil and Cook @ 350 for 1 hour!   You can prepare ahead of time and put in fridge until ready to cook or cut right away.  Either way it's ready to eat as soon as you get it out of the oven!  :)

  1. I'm assuming something along the lines of 1 Red, 1 Yellow and 1 Green for this if you are a 21 Day Fixer?

  2. Yes! 1R, 1G, 1Y.... and I've been using green beans instead of broccoli lately too! :)
