No Crust Chicken Breast Pizza!

1 thawed chicken breast (flattened)
1 Tbsp marinara (I used homemade 21 day fix approved marinara)
Bell Pepper rings (all I had was mini peppers
2 oz mozzarella cheese ...
A few dashes of Garlic Powder
Parsley
Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking sheet with Olive Oil. Put chicken breast on baking sheet top with marinara, peppers, cheese, garlic, and parsley. Bake for 20-25 min. (Can add mushrooms or other veggies or meats if you'd like)

If you're doing 21 Day Fix this would be 1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Blue
