What is Coaching??


I LOVE what I do and it's my PASSION to inspire and encourage other women! My dream is for Team FITivation to make a positive change in THOUSANDS of lives... BUT I can't do it all by myself!!  I am looking for 10 women who want to become healthier, help others become healthier and fit, and/or earn an income, from home, doing what you love, with other 'like-minded' women.... You can be just starting your own fitness journey or you can be a fitness expert, either way, as long as you’re willing to commit to living a healthier lifestyle and be a supportive friend to others who need it, YOU can help!

I know you all see my posts about working out and drinking Shakeology, but do you ever wonder what is I really do as a Beachbody coach?? Well, here's your chance to find out!! FREE 30 Day Total Body Challenge

Who's ready for a FREE "pre holiday" total body challenge?!? We'll sculpt, tighten, & tone your totaly body just in time for Thanksgiving and then work off all that delicious turkey afterwards! I could ALWAYS use some extra motivation and I know you could too!! So, let’s do it together!! 

This 30 day challenge includes different workout moves that you will have to complete each day, and the time spent doing the exercises slowly increases day by day to help you build up your core body muscle strength and glute strength gradually, ensuring you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily. Veggie/Egg Muffins

Veggie/Egg Muffins 

They don't look very pretty when they're done, but they do taste really good!! 

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 medium pepper (all I had in the house was mini, so I used 2) 
  • 1/2 cup of spinach 
  • salt/pepper or any other spice you'd like 
Mix it all in the blender, pour into muffin tin, and bake for 20-25min. 
Makes 6 muffins.

NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS! 


These are so simple and really good!! Especially if you've got a sweet craving!! And perfect for an after school snack for this kids!

Only 3 Ingredients!! 
▶1 3/4 Cup Quick Oat
▶ 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
▶ 1/2 Cup Raw Honey

Heat the PB & Honey in microwave for 30 -45 seconds. Mix in oats. Press on to a flat pan. Let set for 10 min in fridge and ENJOY!! smile emotico

I just heard someone say this and it really made me think.... I need to start talking to myself differently. So, I came up with a few positive "I am.." statements for me to tell myself everyday.

1.) I AM Happy.
2.) I AM Confident.
3.) I AM A loving wife & mother.
4.) I AM Successful.
5.) I AM Smart.
6.) I AM Inspiring.

Sounds corny right?! But I'm telling you as soon as I made that list I felt better about myself. So, I encourage YOU to do the same... Make a list of 4 or 5 positive things about yourself and comment them below! See if it m

Crockpot Spicy Maple Shredded Chicken

Spicy Maple Shredded Chicken








I love trying new recipes, especially when it's a new way to spice up chicken!   Here's what we're having tonight!  :) 




Spicy Maple BBQ Sauce


  • 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2  Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 4 teaspoons chili powder
  • Sea salt to taste
In a medium sauce pan add olive oil and garlic powder, let simmer for about 1 minute. Add all other ingredients, stir and simmer until sauce thickens, roughly 30 minutes.  Allow to cook to room temp and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Makes roughly 4 cups of BBQ Sauce.

 Spicy Maple BBQ Shredded Chicken


- 6-8 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 3/4 cup (above) Spicy Maple BBQ sauce

Trim fat from roast, if necessary. Place chicken breasts into a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker.  Pour BBQ sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours (or on high for 4-5 hours.)
When the chicken in done cooking shred the chicken (A hand mixer works perfect for this!) Place the meat back into the slower cooker and let it marinate in the sauce for a few minutes.  Serve on a corn tortilla shell or eat it plan with a side of veggies!

FEAR

The dictionary's definition of FEAR is - "an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat".


But really when you think about it FEAR has 2 different meanings.... 

1.) Forget Everything And Run
2.) Face Everything And Rise  

It's totally up to YOU which you choose to do when FEAR shows itself. 


Since I like to be as upfront and transparent as I can be with all of you, I'm just going to start out by saying "I KNOW I could be A LOT farther along with my own personal fitness & my coaching biz than I am right now."  I've just recently come to realize I'm just scared....

>>>> I fear that if I do actually reach my own personal fitness goal, it will discourage others instead of inspire them
>>>> I fear that people will mistake the openness of my journey as a gimmick rather than seeing that I truly want to help others succeed
>>>> I fear that I'm not yet "fit" enough to help someone else with their fitness journey.
>>>> I fear, that once I do start growing a team, I won't have enough knowledge or leadership skills to help them grow.
>>>> I fear that I am letting my family down by not yet reaching those goals I have set for myself.
>>>> I'm afraid that if I do succeed I might just let someone else down. 

BUT  from this moment on I say F*CK FEAR!! I've got to let ALL of that go!  I will never reach my highest potential if I keep letting FEAR take over.  

>>>> I WILL reach my fitness goals!!
>>>> I AM inspiring people by sharing my story!!
>>>> I AM fit & determined enough to help someone else reach their goals!! 
>>>> I DO HAVE enough knowledge & leadership skills to build an empire
>>>> I AM NOT going to let FEAR take over ANYMORE!  I CAN & WILL DO THIS!! 

Sometimes WE ALL need a DAILY (maybe hourly) reminder of our true potential. DON"T let FEAR of failure or FEAR of success hold you back!  You are your only limitation - get out of you own head that GET IT DONE!!  Even if you're scared GO FOR IT! Pushing past and overcoming our FEARS only makes us STRONGER and WISER!!   

SUCCESS happens ONE day at a time -  YOU got this!!  

 Dream it. Believe it. Achieve it!

My Top 5 Weight Loss Tips!


Here are a few things I learned from Chalene Johnson!! I've been trying to incorporate these things into my everyday to help me on my own fitness journey.... Try them out!! Hopefully at least one of these will help you too!!  :)  

1. Purge the Pantry - Get rid of ALL the "bad" food temptations in your house. Out of sight, out of mind, RIGHT!!?

2. Schedule your workouts - Seriously, put it in your daily schedule and keep your workout "appointment" considered it just as important as a Dr. appt or meeting with your boss.

3. Get a motivated accountability partner - IF you have no one close to you to help keep you accountable... ASK ME!! I'd love to help you!

4. Don't eat before you go to bed - Eating before bed gives our body immediate fuel to be used as energy... the only problem is we don’t need energy at this time. The food that is not used for normal body processes is left to be digested by the body and is eventually stored. This is a lot of activity for a body that wants to be resting!

5. Tell someone your goals - When you make your goals "public" it helps you stay accountable, so you're more likely to reach those goals.  Comment your goals below to make them public OR feel free to just send them to me... Telling at least 1 person will help more than you know.
