Whatever follows "I AM" becomes your reality."
I just heard someone say this and it really made me think.... I need to start talking to myself differently. So, I came up with a few positive "I am.." statements for me to tell myself everyday.
1.) I AM Happy.
2.) I AM Confident.
3.) I AM A loving wife & mother.
4.) I AM Successful.
5.) I AM Smart.
6.) I AM Inspiring.
Sounds corny right?! But I'm telling you as soon as I made that list I felt better about myself. So, I encourage YOU to do the same... Make a list of 4 or 5 positive things about yourself and comment them below! See if it m
