Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup!

I'm always so skeptical when I try new recipes, I don't know why I usually LOVE them! This is so good! Even if you didn't put the tortillas in it, it would still be amazing!  Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments below!   :)  
Healthy Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Ingredients:
    2-3 uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 (32oz) cans chicken broth
    1 can Rotel
    1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained & rinsed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can corn 
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

Optional Toppings
·     tortillas
    Diced roma tomatoes
    diced avocado
    chopped green onions
    fresh Cilantro
Directions:

Dump all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Once the chicken is done, shred, place back in pot.  Serve with toppings of choice!
