12 Week - Love YOUR Bikini Body Challenge


I am probably the worst when it comes to criticizing myself. Yes, even after I've lost 47lbs I'm still self conscious and criticize my body (my progress) every day.... And I'm ready to CHANGE that... I'm ready to finally feel comfortable in my own skin, no matter what I look like....and I am looking for a 20 women want to learn to LOVE their body!!  So, let's work on building our self confidence together in a 12 week group!! 
We'll start by taking care of the ONE and ONLY body we have by committing to eat healthy, exercise, and learn to talk positive to ourselves!!

We'll start February 22nd and finish mid May.... Just in time show off your confidence and your brand new "bikini" body!!! ;)

I want to be able to work with each of you 1X1 so we can really focus on building your confidence and getting you awesome results!! SO space is limited!!

Mexican Stuffed Peppers

{{Crock Pot Mexican Stuffed Peppers}}
- 4 Bell Peppers (I used 2 Green, 1 Yellow, & 1 Red)
- 1lb ground beef, sausage, venison, or turkey (this time I used venison, just because we had extra)
- 1 Can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped
- Salt/Pepper to taste

Chop onion.  Mix onion with enchilada sauce and heat in microwave for 4-5 min (until onions are tender). Mix onion/enchilada sauce with uncooked ground meat, cooked rice, shredded cheese, and salt/pepper.  Stuff peppers with peppers and sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Pour 1/3 cup water in the bottom of crock pot, set stuff peppers in water, cover, and cook on low for 6 hours.   :)

**Fixers 1 stuffed pepper would be 1 Green/1 Red/ 1 Yellow/ 1 Blue**

All I've got to say is YUM!!!
 {{Fix Approved - No Bake Cookies}} 
> 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
> 3/4 Cup Raw Honey
> 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
> 2 tsp vanilla
> 2 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
> 6 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Mix peanut butter, honey, & coconut oil and heat in the microwave for 45 sec.  Stir and then add vanilla, cocoa powder, & oatmeal. Mix together and drop spoonfuls on parchment paper. Place in the fridge (or freezer if you really don't want to wait) until they harden and ENJOY!!! Will make between 24-30 cookies! 
****FIXERS**** This would count as one yellow "treat" container.

Be HAPPY where you're at while you work for what you want

It's so easy to compare yourself to others and let that stop you from making progress.... It's so easy to let yourself over indulge in that unhealthy food... it's so easy to just give up on yourself.... it's so easy to let negative thoughts take over and it's so easy to get frustrated when you're not seeing results daily, weekly, or even monthly. If I'm being honest the scales really hasn't changed much for me in like 6 months.... That's so hard to admit (especially since I workout EVERY Fn DAY). BUT I've come to realize the scales doesn't matter.... Sometime you need to STOP..... Take a step back..... AND LOOK at what you've accomplished up to this point.
I'm not going to sugar coat it... that fact is this shit is HARD!! Progress doesn't happen overnight and when you do start making progress you've got to continue to work harder if you want to see more. YES! I am proud of how far I've come since I started. Yes, I still have a long ways to go to get to where I want to be. Yes, I WILL get there. If you ask me, you really only have 2 choices... sit here feel miserable and complain about what hasn't happened yet OR BE HAPPY where you're at, get up, figure out what you've been doing wrong, and GET TO WORK!
NO, it won't be easy and NO, it won't happen quickly BUT it can be done!! I've come this far.... what's stopping me from going further?! It's all MINDSET!!!
Trust me, when I say, if I CAN do this... YOU can too!! I am not a nutritionist or physical trainer... I'm simply a mom, a daughter, a sister, and a wife who wanted to get into shape for myself and my family. AND I want you to know that I am here to help!! NO judgement. NO pressure. Just giving you support and showing what I've learned up to this point in my journey! No matter where you're at health/fitness wise I believe 100% that you have what it takes to get to where you want to be!! smile emoticon

Easy Healthy Breakfast Cookies

These were a hit with the kids this morning!!! They don't usually like oatmeal for breakfast.... BUT make it into a "cookie" and they're all over it!!

- ¾ cup plain quick oats
- 2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (if using plain oats)
- 2 tsp Stevia®, or your favorite sweetener
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix oats and mashed bananas... add in cinnamon and sweetener. Using a spoon, spoon small amounts of oatmeal mixture onto cookie sheet to form bite size cookies.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until cookies are golden brown.
Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
