Tone your booty and sculpt your midsection! I could ALWAYS use some extra motivation and I know you could too!! So, let’s do it together!!
Each day you will get a set of different booty & abs exercises which you will have to complete each day, and the time spent doing the exercises slowly increases day by day to help you build up your core body muscle strength and glute strength gradually, ensuring you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily. No weights required for this challenge, and you can do this literally anywhere!
.... AND since fitness truly is 80% nutrition, I will also include a 14 day clean eating meal plan for you to follow to help you really start feeling the results!!

🚨🚨Confession Time🚨🚨

My eating has been AWFUL lately!!🙈🙊😔 And I know you see me exercising every day but honestly😜 But I've let myself get back into that same negative, self-conscious, unhealthy mindset I had before I started this "healthy lifestyle"! I keep telling myself "I'm gonna get back on track today"... and usually by the afternoon I'll say "F this I'll start again tomorrow..." BUT guess what!?? Tomorrow never happened!!
I haven't been pushing myself as hard as I know I could 😯😑 Like seriously, I can't believe I've let myself get this bad again! I didn't actually admit it to myself until having a serious convo, yesterday, with my 'Soul Sisters'
SOOOO today I'm starting, yet again... BUT this time WILL be different... I'm going back to the basics.... I've thought about where I was 2 years ago (mentally, physically, & emotionally) and I know I DO NOT want to get back there again.... so here I am having my 2nd healthy meal today day, with a brand new mindset and refreshed level of excitement for what the future holds!!
Why am I sharing this with you??! Because, first of all, I want to show you all the REAL me.... I want you to know that you are NOT the only one who struggles.... I want you to see that YOU can overcome the hard times too.... I'm just another mom trying to be has healthy as I can be for myself and my family! If I can do this YOU can too!!!
TODAY is my "Day 1" who's starting with me??! 😄

Lemon & Garlic Chicken

-1 or 2 tsp minced garlic (I'm not a huge garlic person so I only used 1/2 tsp)
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 Tbls parsley flakes
-2 Tbls lemon juice (or the juice of one whole lemon)
-4-6 chicken breasts (thawed)
Place all ingredients into a 1-gallon freezer bag and 'shake' it up until everything is combined and the chicken is well coated. Freeze flat.
When ready to cook you can do one of 3 ways:
1. Thaw chicken. Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish, turn chicken to coat. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
2. Thaw and grill in a cast iron skillet on the stove, or outside on the barbecue grill, until no longer pink inside.
3. Place the frozen chicken in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
