Workout Challenge!

Write your full name, your children's first name(s), and your spouse/boyfriend/girlfriend's first name out and do the moves for each letter!!
If I spell my name, my husband's name, and both of my kids names out I would do a total of:
- 40 Jumping Jacks
- 65 Burpees
- 20 Sit-ups
- 1min 25sec Plank Hold
- 105 Squats
- 15 Crunches
- 10 Lunges
- 30 Push-ups
That'd be a pretty good 'quick' workout!! What would yours look like??!!

No weights required for this challenge (unless you want to add them for extra), and you can do this literally anywhere! 

Also, since fitness truly is 80% nutrition, this free challenge will also include FREE HEALTHY EATING RECIPES & TIPS throughout the 14 days.

Simple Baked Chicken

This is SO easy to make and tastes DELICIOUS!!!!
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil cooking spray, or 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking dish with foil. Spray or brush both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil, and sprinkle with the seasonings.  Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, flip to the other side, lightly spray/brush again and bake for 8-10 more minutes, or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork (it's fine to make a small slit in the thickest part and see if it's done!).

SUMMER is coming fast!!! This year is flying by already, I can't believe we're in the end of April already!!! That means there's only 7 weeks until Summer!!! 

With the weather being so nice here the last few days it's got me thinking... it's going to be time for shorts, tank tops, and swim suits before we know it!!! Are you ready to shed the winter clothes and start wearing you swimming suit?!!!

The Beginning of My Ultimate Reset Journey

Yep! I'm FINALLY doing it!! I've been wanting to try this for such a long time but didn't think I would ever be able to commit to it for 3 weeks.  But, now I think enough is enough!  I'm completely embarrassed at how much I've let myself go since the beginning of the year. I mean, yea I workout everyday BUT I've let my nutrition go to the way side in a BAD BAD BAD way!! I've completed a full workout program plus half of another one since Jan 1st and really haven't seen 1 single result! :( NOT because they were bad programs, I just really let my eating get the best of me. I'm actually very embarrassed at how bad I've been eating. I don't even think you'd believe me if I told you what a day of eating as looked like for the past couple weeks so I'm not going there right now. And on top of that my back has been giving me issues, SO  I decided NOW is the perfect time for me to REALLY focus 100% on my nutrition! And what better way the totally 'resetting' the way I think and handle food!?  
I have taken my 'before' pictures (totally embarrassed about those), I've planned the meals for my first week, I've set up a huge support system of women who are going to help me stick with this, and I've got my mind set checked in with a positive attitude!! These next 3 weeks are NOT going to be easy but they WILL be worth it!! 

I will be making a blog post at least twice a week to keep you all updated on my progress and then will share my results with you all when I'm finished!!  WISH ME LUCK!!! I'm going to need all the positive vibes I can get!!!
